Leeds ABC are a support group for autistic children and their parents in Leeds. They have been going for a number of years and are one of the most well-known autism charities in the local area.
For many years, they have had a website which was unchanged since 2013. Many of the links were out of date, while it also didn’t make much of an impression.
Simple and accessible
I was asked by them to produce a simple and accessible new website. Using WordPress.com, I managed to do just that. The new Leeds ABC site aims to tell the world about who they are, what they do and how they can help families/children.
The website is easy to use, with each page no more than two clicks from the homepage. It also has resources for parents who want info on events and what it means to have an autistic child.
